Refund and Returns Policy

At DB DISTRO, we strive to ensure every order is accurate and delivered in excellent condition. Please review our wholesale return policy below:

Returns Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Only unused, unopened products in original packaging are eligible.
• Clearance, custom, or special-order items are non-returnable.

Return Authorization

• All returns require prior written authorization (RMA number).
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• DB DISTRO will issue store credit or a replacement for defective items at our discretion.

Refunds / Store Credit

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
• DB DISTRO issues refunds only in the form of store credit, which can be applied toward future orders.
• Store credits will be applied to the customer’s account within 5–10 business days of receiving the authorized return.
